新加坡诗人，教育工作者，哲学博士， 现从事经营哲学与创新管理咨询， 瑞典国际认证创新执行师。曾担任南洋理工大学孔子学院创院院长、人文学院终身教授、新加坡作家协会副会长、浙江大学讲座教授等职，荣获南洋理工大学杰出教授奖、全球孔子学院杰出院长奖 、新加坡诗歌金狮奖等。出版著作十余部，包括诗集《绿叶开窗》、《尘虑静看》、《许福吉短诗精选》； 散文集《推开隔离门》、《试上高峰》、《雨过声喧》，编著 《城市的呼吸》、《城市的足音》、 《与中华文化同行》、《义法与经世》等。

近年来有感于社会场域的浮躁，开启了他对人性的重新思考，特别是在心学、内观禅修等心灵哲学，激发了不少诗歌创作灵感，加以自己亲身推广、实践自主经营哲学，体验、证悟、修习，形成了系列以心灵之旅为创作路线的诗歌，目前已经创作近百首心知诗，诗集《自然脉络心知诗》即将出版。

Dr. Koh Hock Kiat is an outstanding poet, writer and researcher in Chinese language and Literature.  He has made many significant contributions to Asia and Singapore Chinese Literature scene. His achievements are remarkable and impressive. His scholastic attainment can be seen from his books The Journey of Chinese Arts and Culture;Breath in the City: Shanghai and Singapore Literature; Singapore Poetry in English and Chinese; The Singapore Chinese Prose and its Metropolitan Culture Identity. Dr. Koh Hock Kiat is an International Licensed Practitioner of Innovation 360 from Sweden. He was the founding Director of Confucius Institute, Nanyang Technological University (CI-NTU). He also served as an Associate Professor in School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National Institute of Education (NTU). He was also a Mentor Professor of Zhejiang Uni versity, China. As CEO of Heluo institute, he oversees the Business Chinese Program, Executive Training Program and Business Consultancy with special focus in Education industry. Dr. Koh has been actively engaged in promoting Dr. Kazuo Inamori Philosophy of Business Success and Sustainable Growth for SME. In recent years, Dr. Koh opened up his profound thinking on human nature, especially in the philosophy of mindfulness and meditation which inspired the inspiration of poetry creation, he has formed a series of poems with a spiritual journey as a creative line. At present, nearly 100 mental poems have been created, and the collection of poems "Nature's Hearts and Poems" is about to be published.
